Nick Jr. commissioned the programming of a landing page for the “Nick Jr. Power Team”.
The Task
The Power Team brings together a range of Nick Jr. cartoons, each with its own educational focus. The landing page was designed to explain these briefly while keeping things fun. In addition to various downloads, it also included a contest with file upload functionality.
The concept and design were developed by the Munich-based branding agency BDA Creative.
The Implementation
The design was implemented responsively in a WordPress CMS. A custom theme was created using PHP, HTML, SCSS, jQuery, and Javascript. The contest was realized through the Gravity Forms premium plugin and the data users sent in was compiled directly within a post based on a custom post type.
